Where these numbers come from.
A calculator that will not explain its assumptions is just a marketing number with a slider on it. Here are ours.
They are conservative baselines per business type, drawn from what customers report in their first month after deployment. They are deliberately set low — the calculator is meant to show the floor, and your real numbers usually beat it. Every field is editable.
Statistics we chose not to use
A number of widely-quoted “missed call” statistics circulate in this industry with no traceable methodology — figures like a fixed percentage of callers who never call back, or an annual loss figure per business, appear on competitor pages without a source that can be checked.
We have left them out of this calculator and out of the industry pages. You will notice this makes our numbers more modest than some of our competitors’. That is intentional. If you want the larger claim, several vendors will happily make it.
What we will do is model your actual week with you on a demo call, using your real call volume and real service values.
Now turn the number into a decision.
We will run the same model with your real data, then show you which plan it actually supports.
